At ATHYLOT, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help with easy returns and exchanges.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if the item meets the following conditions:

✔ The product is unused and unwashed
✔ Tags, labels, and original packaging are intact
✔ The product is not damaged or altered
✔ The item is eligible for return/exchange (some items may be non-returnable)

Customer Has to pay 100/- rs for Return Courier Pickup


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned due to hygiene or customization reasons:

❌ Innerwear
❌ Socks
❌ Personalized / Customized items
❌ Items marked as Final Sale / Clearance
❌ Any free items received as part of an offer


3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Visit our Return Request Page (athylot.com/pages/request-return)

  2. Enter your order details

  3. Select return/exchange reason

  4. Submit the request

➡ Our team will approve the request if valid and guide you with pickup/return instructions.


4. Pickup & Self-Ship

Pickup Availability

  • For most locations, a courier pickup will be arranged.

  • Ensure the product is securely packed.

Self-Ship (if pickup unavailable)

If courier pickup is not available in your PIN code, you may need to self-ship the item.
We will reimburse courier charges up to a reasonable limit (share the receipt).


5. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued after the product passes quality check (QC) at our warehouse.

Refund Method:

  • Online Payment Orders: refunded to the original payment method.

Refund Time:

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after QC approval.

  • Timelines may vary based on bank/payment gateway.


6. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

✔ Size issues
✔ Defective or wrong product received

Exchange Notes:

  • Exchange is subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested size is sold out, we will process a refund instead.


7. Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide photos/videos as proof

  3. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost


8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but can be returned after delivery.


9. Return Rejection

Returns may be rejected if:

❌ Product is used or washed
❌ Tags/labels missing
❌ Stains, odors, or wear marks
❌ Different product returned than what was shipped
❌ Items damaged due to misuse

Rejected returns will be sent back to the customer.
